Yesterday, I was fortunate enough to experience an enchanting evolution of music through Grammy award-winning, music icon and legend Prince Roger Nelson aka "Prince" and 3rdeyegirl consisting of 3 members:  Canadian guitarist Donna Grantis, Louisville's own drummer Hannah Ford and Danish bassist  Ida Nielson.

 In a beach running study published within the Journal of Experimental Biology, researchers found out that runners on harder surfaces, like cement and pavement strike the bottom with their heel first. When their foot progresses, it flattens out with the toes being used to push the runner forward and to the next area of the stride. On sand, however, the heel strike is eliminated and also the foot does not flatten out throughout the stride. In addition, sand running activates more muscles included those found throughout the ankle and within the calves.

In order to keep with running there are several tips to make the first couple of runs more pleasurable until a rhythm is obtained. My first tip is usually to run for just one minute for each and every time you move out. On your first try you go for just one minute. That is it. Then always walk in a moderate pace til you have reached the amount of time or distance you had been aiming towards. The next day you will raise the total two minutes and so on before you take presctiption your thirtieth day running for the full 30 mins.
